Business Development Representative (Full-time or Contractor)

Boston or Remote


We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to sit in a sales role that is responsible for outbound lead reach out and inbound lead support. The ideal candidate will be extremely comfortable talking on the phone to qualify prospects, set meetings for the team, nurture leads, and create relationships with potential customers.




  • Lead management and proactive outbound prospecting including emailing and calling.

  • Scheduling discovery meetings between prospects and the team.

  • Responding to inbound leads coming through the site.

  • Track and maintain customer contact and their records in CRM (Hubspot).




  • Eligible to work in the US.

  • ‘Hunter’ mentality in seeking out new business leads.

  • Willingness to make numerous (50+) phone calls daily.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and via email.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • 1+ year of b2b Sales experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools and research.

  • Excitement about blockchain and the capabilities and applications of the technology is a big plus.
